Data protection – disclosure requirement

Purpose of data processing:

for actions to be taken before signing of a contract and for signing and execution of a contract,
for marketing and advertising purposes, only with your consent.

Time scope of data processing:

Depending on the purpose of the data processing, your data shall be stored throughout the term of the contract and after, for a period compliant with applicable provisions of the law, in order to fulfil the Administrator’s legal obligations, and in cases of processing for purposes resulting from the Administrator’s legitimate interest, including sales and direct marketing, up until the concerned person withdraws their consent for the processing of their data.

We do not share personal data we collect with any third parties.
Personal data may be entrusted for processing to entities providing our company with support services, such as website hosting or accounting.

Rights of the person whose personal data is processed:

Any natural person has the right to access the content of their personal data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict the processing of their data, to transfer their data, to object to the processing of their data and to withdraw their consent for the processing of their data at any moment.
Any natural person has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if they have reason to believe that their data is processed against the provisions of the European Parliament and Council Regulation no. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/CE (General Data Protection Regulation (EU Official Journal L 119 of 04.05.2016).
